Managing Director of Barnsley Facilities Services Rob McCubbin signed the Armed Forces Covenant. Barnsley Facilities Services are honoured to join the nationwide network of organisations that have pledged their support through the Armed Forces Covenant.  The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation to ensure that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly. By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, BFS has made a public pledge that no member of the armed forces community will face disadvantage.

Rob told us:

This commitment reflects our deep gratitude to the armed forces community and our determination to make a positive difference. As an organisation, we value diversity and inclusivity. By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, we strengthen our commitment to promoting equality of opportunity for all, including those connected to the armed forces.

We are determined to foster an environment that celebrates the contributions and sacrifices made by the armed forces community, promoting a culture of mutual respect and appreciation.
